Burglary

Nothing was reported missing after a home on the 1900 block of Midwest Club Parkway was reported to have been broken into at 2:20 p.m. Jan. 18. A back sliding glass door was shattered to gain entry.

Theft

A purse was reported stolen between 6 and 8 p.m. Jan. 14 from Old Town Pour House, 8 Oakbrook Center.

Eduard Velandia-Ventura, 36, and Michelle Duarte, 18, no address listed for either, were charged with retail theft at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 14 after taking unspecified merchandise from Nordstrom, 10 Oakbrook Center.

A man stole seven items of clothing on Jan. 3 from Old Navy, 2155 W. 22nd St. The incident was reported at 10:58 a.m. Jan. 17.

Briana R. Wallace, 30, of the 300 block of Mohawk Street, Park Forest, was charged with retail theft at 4:46 p.m. Jan. 19 after taking unspecified merchandise from Nieman Marcus, 6 Oakbrook Center.

Traffic

Julian S. Arellano, 18, of the 2100 block of Newcastle Avenue, Westchester, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana by drier, driving with only one headlight and improper display of registration at 11:01 p.m. Jan. 19 at 22nd Street and Spring Road.
