Battery

Miguel Mosquera, 40, of the 100 block of Saddle Brook Drive, Oak Brook, was charged with domestic battery at 4:01 p.m. March 31.

Theft

Destiny Deyro, 24, of the 3100 block of George Street, Franklin Park, was charged with retail theft at 4:15 p.m. March 31 after taking unspecified merchandise from Nordstrom, 10 Oakbrook Center.

Ana Curiel, 45, of the 300 block of South 32nd Avenue, Bellwood, was charged with retail theft at 8:09 p.m. April 3 after taking unspecified merchandise from Macy’s, 1 Oakbrook Center.

Traffic

Nicholas Avila, 38, of the 300 block of Woodlawn Avenue, Aurora, was charged with driving without a valid license and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:35 a.m. April 1 at Spring and Frontage Roads.
