President Joe Biden is speaking in Chicago Wednesday to deliver an address on the economy.
Calling his remarks “Bidenomics,” the White House said he will focus on “his vision for growing the economy from the middle out and the bottom up, not the top-down.”
The address is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m.
