‘Squish Rabbit’

For Squish, “being little led to big problems.” Just imagine how he got that name. He’s beneath the notice, literally, of bigger creatures, and they don’t hear his stories either. Squish makes a pretend friend, by sewing a bunny from blue plaid scraps, but “pretend friends can only do so much.”v Trees, apparently, aren’t much better. Eventually, Squish finds a squirrel that wants to play, and calls to him with a big voice. After he speaks up for himself, Squish’s empty world is filled with friendly play.
