Chicago police and firefighters responded to a fire Wednesday night at two adjacent buildings on the West Side in the Garfield Park neighborhood, officials said.
Shortly after 11 p.m., officials were called to the 3600 block of West 5th Avenue where multiple residents exited two adjacent buildings due to a fire.
No injuries were reported. Fire officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
